2005 Cabernet Sauvignon



We blend our Ukiah Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon with small parts Zinfandel, Syrah, and Viognier to produce a pleasant, lighter-bodied wine enjoyed on its own or paired with food. Produced from a set of Mendocino County’s family-owned vineyards that participate in the Wine Institute’s Sustainable Winegrowing Program, this fruit-forward wine with soft tannins is a great everyday wine.

89% Cabernet Sauvignon, La Ribera Vineyards
5% Zinfandel, Calpella
5% Syrah, McDowell
1% Viognier, Mendocino
